Hire Desk Co-Ordinator  – Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division

Radius Group, a leading provider of cutting-edge lifting solutions, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Hire Desk Co-Ordinator to become a vital part of our Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics, administrative processes, and client interactions, ensuring the smooth running of the division.

 

About the Role:

You will need to be security-minded, self-motivated, and well-organized with strong time management skills. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail are required to ensure processes are followed, paperwork is completed correctly, and records are properly filed for audits

Main Duties:

  • Serve as Hire Desk Co-Ordinator and Administrator for the Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division, acquiring specialized training and knowledge in division-specific products, CRM, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure efficient management of the Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division.
  • Coordinate and submit plant and vehicle bookings for site operations promptly.
  • Raise purchase order requests for the Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division.
  • Liaise with hire companies to arrange Mobile Cranes, Forklifts, and Plant Handling equipment.
  • Manage applications for clients and subcontractors.
  • Organise and maintain company folders within SharePoint.
  • Ensure training compliance for all Plant Installations staff.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
