IMMEDIATE START – Lead Generation Co-Ordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual, who is able to contribute to the growth and success of our business through their skills and experience. The right person will conduct B2B telemarketing to identify and develop new prospects and identify key decision-makers; therefore we are looking for somebody who is confident on the phone.
This is a permanent, full time role; hours will be 8am-5.30pm.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Main duties, but not limited to:
- Business-to-Business calling to generate opportunities
- Conduct market research, using Barbour ABI, to identify and develop new prospects and identify key decision makers
- Proactively promote our services to generate new business opportunities
- Follow-up quotes issued, supporting the sales team as required
- Take full ownership of the CRM system – track, record and manage leads, customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Collate data on sales activities and report to the Board
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set by managers
- Participating in training sessions with a willingness to learn and develop
- Working closely with the marketing team to identify potential prospects
- Ensure we have visibility on key accounts opportunities
- Develop call scripts for approaching new leads in line with marketing strategies and other initiatives
- Share market intelligence gathered during discussions with prospective customers
- A proven track record in a similar sales role (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong-willed and resilient, with a positive attitude and outlook
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- A flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Pragmatic approach to the Sales process, understanding that not every outreach will be a success
- A good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
