What career path did you take to get to where you are now?
I was playing football professionally, which gave me a scholarship to York University to study sports science & sports development. I then went into coaching and teaching, and my aspirations were to be a secondary school PE teacher. After leaving university 5 years ago, I got a job at Radius as administrative support for tower cranes. This was only meant to be a ‘summer job’ but I soon realised that loved the construction industry, and more specifically tower cranes, which lead to a complete career change! I started taking on more responsibilities and worked hard to get to the position I am in now.

What does your daily routine look like?
Customer calls and meetings, tower crane estimates, cost sheets, budget sheets, update CRM, lots of emails, and work with colleagues to get started on projects and close deals.
