Take a look at a project that we’re working on in the East Midlands of the UK, where Radius NFT have provided two MR295 Potain luffing tower-cranes, as part of the University of Lincoln’s £130m investment programme into new and modern facilities.

Marina Court will provide 442 new study bedrooms on the Brayford Pool campus. The new development will address growing demand for purpose-built on-campus accommodation and relieve pressure on Lincoln’s private housing stock.

The development consists of three new blocks and a landscaping scheme to create high-quality public spaces around the new buildings.

The Marina Court development will include only one 11-storey block, alongside blocks of eight and four storeys, with 442 bedrooms in total spread across the site.
