Background
Radius Group is supporting with Winvic Construction Ltd. on their latest project – a 33 storey, multi-room student accommodation new build; with 9 and 12 storey blocks to the sides.
Overview
This impressive development includes a mix of en-suite cluster, studios, and accessible studio units, along with ground floor external landscaped areas, internal reception, hub, fitness, and cafe spaces.
Due to the close proximity of the site to neighboring buildings, the MR225 tower crane was the ideal choice for this project. Erected to 77m tall in June 2023, the crane will be tie & climbed to reach a height of 102m in the summer of 2025. It will be on-site for a total of 125 weeks, with a projected completion date of December 2025.
