In September last year, Radius NFT erected a Potain MDT368-L16 to 100m (330ft) ahead of the demolition of the former NatWest Tower building, Birmingham, UK.
The crane was erected within four days (including both ties back into the building) with roads around Colmore Row being closed to allow for the delivery and assembly of the heavy-duty equipment.
A Liebherr LTM1350-6.1 telescopic mobile crane was used on a luffing jib configuration to facilitate the safe installation of the Topless Tower Crane.
