Supporting the construction of a 9 storey building, which will have a BREEAM minimum rating of Excellent and is also one of the first offices in Manchester capable of achieving a minimum NABERS Design for Performance rating of 5.5* stars or above – the highest level of environmental performance in use.

Overview
BAM were appointed for the delivery of the next phase of office development at First Street in Manchester City Centre. Radius erected a Potain MR608 top-slewing crane on site in May 2023, with a planned duration of 42 weeks. The MR608 is perfect for power plants or high-rise buildings including super-tall structures. It is designed for a quick setup and faster working speeds.
