Background
Working with our repeat customer, BAM, we are supporting them with the redevelopment works at 11 Belgrave Road, which will provide 108,000 sq ft. of Grade A office space.
Overview
The scheme is the first in the UK to achieve an Excellent 5.5-star NABERS design-reviewed target rating for building efficiency and one of only three in the country to be pre-certified.

The Potain MR295 was erected in the summer of 2022, when development works began – and will remain in situ – until completion which is expected to be January 2024. This particular model is designed specifically to work in confined spaces and is a popular choice for mixed use schemes in built up and restricted areas.
