Background
We are working with repeat client John F Hunt on a landmark building in Covent Garden, which is being converted into an upscale Residents Club. The property will comprise 7 separate buildings, with an inner glazed atrium, and 3 additional floors.
Overview
We have a 45m tall/45m jib length tower crane on site, erected within the building, to assist with the ‘cut and carve’ job for The Other House project; this will include the majority of the building inside the perimeter being demolished and rebuilt for a new luxury residents club (see website here). This is considered a complex project for John F Hunt, who have hired in our services to assist with the demolition phase. The construction phase will be under Ellmer Construction.
